Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Due to the bulk nature of our products, orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options including USPS, UPS, and bulk freight services. Bulk freight shipping is arranged with brokers to ensure the most cost-effective method.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping delivery times may vary based on destination and customs procedures.
Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight, dimensions, and the destination of the items.
International Shipping: International orders are welcome, but please be advised that they may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees upon arrival in the destination country.
Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order for the replacement product.
Non-returnable Items: Please note that all syrup products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund’s approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
